Delete your Viva AI account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data either in the app or by submitting a request from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open Viva AI and sign in to the account.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Review the warning and confirm Delete.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send the pre-filled request below from the email associated with your account. Include your account email or User ID and login method so we can verify ownership. Guest users may include the User ID shown in Profile → Settings.

If the button does not open your email app, email team@viva-ai.app with the subject “Viva AI account deletion request.”

What will be deleted

After verification, we delete or de-identify your account profile, authentication links, chat history, prompts, uploaded media, generated content, creation history, and other data associated with the account, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Deletion is irreversible. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will notify you if applicable law or a complex request requires more time.

Subscriptions must be canceled separately

Deleting your Viva AI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Cancel it first in your app-store subscription settings to prevent future renewal charges. Store transaction records may be retained by Google, Apple, or us where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
